Bell of Ireland Street Team Rules, Regs and Stuff
What is the Bells of Ireland Street Team? We want you shout your fantastic Bells of Ireland experience from the roof tops! Not that you wouldn't do this anyway, but there is a bit of incentive here.
We have a great track record at this time with wonderful people to work with as our clients! We would like more of them just like you! We do use some online ads to introduce new potential clients, but your status as a client of ours is a sort of sorority. We have a limited schedule and would like to give priority to quality referrals from our clients.
For currently booked brides and past brides of Bells of Ireland (yes that means that you must be a bridal floral event customer currently or in the past) upon a qualifying event referral that books with us, that meets our minimum and our reflective standards in representing us as one of our brides. We are looking for brides that are a "good fit" for us with their wedding day. This is subject to our schedule availability and do take note that not all referrals will book. Remember, we represent our brides as we would like our chosen brides to represent us in a reflective manner. If we feel a bride will not reflect our business in a positive light, she may find a better fit elsewhere for a florist.
If a past brides referral books an event with us, you receive a thank you vase of flowers (up to a $100 value) in the referrals wedding theme (colors and style) delivered to your home address on the week of or just after the referrals wedding. This is non-transferable and cannot be used for an on-demand event such as a funeral or birthday (as we may not be available due to another scheduled event).
If your wedding has yet to happen, and is in our current cycle, and your referral has booked with us during that cycle you will receive one of your centerpieces (up to a $100 value) for free. If you have no centerpieces, then a Bridesmaid's bouquet will be in its place as the thank you gift of flowers.
In order to track these referrals, please send us an email after you have "referred our info" on to the person you chatted us up to. This email needs to have the persons name and wedding date. No phone number or contact info for them please. We respect everyones right not to have their dinner interrupted with unsolicited phone calls. It is up to the person you gave this information to, to make the first step in contacting us.
If you go onto the wedding boards and chat up brides through the net, we thank you! But please be sure to send us a "heads up email" that they were referred by you with their real life name....As Francis Boxter will never introduce herself by the name of FooFighter@mydomainname.com. So please include real names so we can coordinate your thank you gift.
In the case of two of our current or past clients have made the referral, or if there is a chorus of our past brides pointing another bride in our direction, we will have a dozen red roses for each separate current or past client that has sent us a "heads up" email about the referral.
This is the other part of this that we have to say: Your referral MUST give your name AND email address to me. Why? We have a ton of names under your old surname. What does tend to stay constant is your email address. This is just to make sure that you actually get credit!
