For embroidered items or other custom orders, we cannot accept returns or issue credits or refunds, as these items are custom.

Other "non-custom" items purchased are returnable within 7 days of original purchase. We reserve the right to decline a refund or credit if the merchandise is used or returned in less than a saleable condition.
