Do we allow you to bring us vases to design in? Yes we do...However we do have the following policy:
All glass or containers to be designed in must be in our studio no later than one month before the event. We must see and have a sample item on hand when we are to quote you the price for the design in the glassware or container. All containers MUST be in a ready to design condition. This means, no dust, dirt, price tags or stickers will be accepted on the items. If we recieve the containers in a undesignable condition, we reserve the right to charge you a labor fee of no less than $10 a piece for cleaning and removal of stickers.
Any adornments you plan on placing in or on the containers must be done prior to dropping them off. We will give you a quote if your adornments are in an unfinished state at the time of our recieving them in our studio. Two extra containers must be included in all orders to allow for potential breakage.
However, elevation mechanics, such as glass "eiffel" towers from craft stores are not of the same quality as those we use in our weddings. This is the one place we must draw the line in using glassware that we have not provided due to the increased safety risk that an elevated arrangement poses. For example, if the base is not wide enough or is not heavy enough, the arrangement can fall over with a slightly unbalanced table. And that is a risk we will not allow for your wedding.
