Webcart Purchasing Policy
Thank you for considering us to be one of your online vendors!
We would like to point out some of our policies for our online webcart.
All orders are not processed until reviewed. So you are not charged until we review your order. All orders will receive a conformation email of your order being placed with an ETA of your item, upon this email your credit card will be charged for the item requested for purchase, not before.
We make most of our own products that we sell here per order and that the nature of them is custom (such as embroidered intitals) we cannot accept returns. Please be sure of your order before placing it.
Sample swatches are available for a nominal fee for most products. As each product is different, this fee may fluctuate.
We reserve the right to adjust this policy as our customers needs are addressed and our products evolve.
